I am an IT professional, currently working as an Application Performence Monitoring expert. I am a Physics engineer and have passion for everything related to physics and technology as a whole. I tend to try understanding how everything works. I like getting my hands dirty working on mechanical stuff and construction work. I like to deep-dive in complex subjects and shred them into small comprehensive chunks.

Application Performance Monitoring (APM) using Dynatrace and Splunk.
As an APM engineer I am responsible for the management of the monitoring tools as well as assisting platform administrators with using them.
The main focus is on monitoring, analyzing and improving the performance of applications to ensure a positive user experience. Part of my work is to analyze data to identify bottlenecks and potential performance issues before their occurance, as well as root cause analysis.

Noise and vibration measurements. NVH simulations and analysis. Working in semi-anechoic and reverberation chambers. Research and development for new technologies and practices.
As an NVH engineer my main responsibilities were to perform noise, vibration and harshness measurements and analysis to improve the noise and vibration characteristics of appliances.
Crucial part of the work process was working with complex measurement systems - multichannel, high-resolution, multi-frequency measurement systems, reverberation and semi-anechoic chambers. Utilizing specialized software and instrumentation I was able to perform different simulations and analysis to provide the company's valued customers with acoustically pleasant and high-quality appliances.

Supporting clients with web hosting related topics - Linux, cPanel, DNS, E-mail, web applications, backups, troubleshooting.
As a web hosting support agent my main responsibility was to provide adequate, fast and understandable support tu customers via ticketing systems and chat. This includes customer assistance, trouleshooting, server management and account management.
Apart from the main activities the job includes educational support, writing knowledgebase articles and tutorials which has helped me to gain technical knowledge, customer services skills and ability to effectively communicate with both clients and colleagues.
